Jane & Dan were great hosts, we had breakfast made by them onsite on both days which was of a high standard.

Plenty of room and rooms - worked really well for our group. Local pub (Castle of Comfort) 5 minute walk away with good food.

Really enjoyed being able to all sit together for meals inside or outside, making use of the ping pong table and sitting round the fire till the early hours. Plenty of beds, showers, toilets, etc. Would definitely recommend!

The bathroom and shower facilities were simple but nice for a large group. We could walk to the nearest pub- which is a great place with nice food. (The Castle of Comfort!)   Fantastic stay at Swallet Farm. We hired this for a Stag Do of 18 lads and it was perfect. Two great kitchen spaces for food prep, long banquet style dining... read more table and all the plates, glassware and cutlery you need etc. Great kitchen facilities. The bedrooms are comfortable, the shower block convenient and the large living room with two log fireplaces was a highlight - very cosy. Surroundings also very peaceful. Overall thoroughly recommend, a great option for a large group.

The house is lovely and has everything you need for a good time.
We went to the town of wells the first night for some drinks and taxis were no issue and Saturday we went into Bristol and again got back fine.
Would happily return with a big group. Would like to explore the area a bit more and go for some walks.
Some activities onsite we didn’t do but looked a lot of fun need more than a weekend.

The house was warm and clean and the showers were clean and had plenty of hot water.... read more The lounge was a little on the small side for groups of more than 16 (only enough seats for 13) and some of the bedrooms and beds were very small. But the kitchen is excellent and very well stocked and we had a fabulous short stay and enjoyed it very much.
